In the next few weeks I took the liberty of writing and publishing a few articles of a more general nature about milk kefir and milk kefir grains.
I know there are quite a few experts in our tribe, however there seem to be a few newbies reading our comments and discussions, and they may be at a total loss at what are we talking about.
It may also serve us all a good purpose and help us revisit what we are actually trying to achieve by looking after our little creatures.
